Terms and conditions of service
1. Purpose
These Terms govern access to and use of Pixel Squads, a platform operated by Visualweb Studio SLU under the SquadsLab brand.
Access to or use of the Service implies full acceptance of these conditions.
2. Description of the service
Pixel Squads is a visual platform aimed at facilitating the understanding, observability and interaction with artificial intelligence agent systems, automations and digital workflows.
The main objective of the service is to reduce cognitive friction and improve the visual understanding of agents and automated processes.
3. Experimental nature of the service
Pixel Squads is currently offered as a free experimental beta.
Some functionalities may be modified, suspended or removed without prior notice.
The User acknowledges that there may be technical errors, temporary interruptions or functional limitations inherent to a beta phase.
4. Acceptable use
The User agrees to use the Service in accordance with current legislation and to refrain from:
- using the platform for unlawful activities;
- compromising the security of the system;
- accessing accounts or systems of third parties without authorization;
- using malicious automations;
- distributing malware or harmful software;
- abusively exploiting the Service.
5. AI functionalities
Certain functionalities may use artificial intelligence systems, automation or integrations with external tools.
The results generated by such systems may contain errors, inaccuracies or unexpected outcomes.
Visualweb Studio SLU does not guarantee absolute accuracy or permanent availability of the Service.
6. What Pixel Squads does not do
Pixel Squads does not make critical automated decisions about people, health, employment, credit, finances or regulated areas.
The platform primarily acts as a visual and observability layer aimed at facilitating the understanding of agents and automations.
7. Service availability
Visualweb Studio SLU will make reasonable efforts to maintain the availability of the Service, although it does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Intellectual property
The Pixel Squads and SquadsLab brands, added designs, own documentation, integrations and verticalizations developed by Visualweb Studio SLU are the property of Visualweb Studio SLU.
9. Limitation of liability
Visualweb Studio SLU shall not be liable for:
- indirect losses;
- loss of data;
- business interruptions;
- errors derived from external providers;
- decisions made on the basis of results generated by AI or automations.
The User uses the Service at their own risk.
10. Modifications
Visualweb Studio SLU may modify these Terms at any time.
New versions will be published on this same page.
11. Applicable law
These Terms shall be governed by current Spanish legislation.
Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts and tribunals with competence pursuant to law.
