2. Purpose of processing
Pixel Squads may collect the minimum technical information necessary to:
- ensure technical stability;
- detect errors;
- improve performance;
- understand general use of the platform;
- optimize the user experience;
- maintain service security.
The platform is primarily oriented to make agents and automations visually understandable, reducing cognitive friction.
3. Logs and technical data
Pixel Squads may record basic technical events and operational logs associated with the use of the platform.
Such data is used exclusively for technical, operational and service-improvement purposes.
Visualweb Studio SLU does not use this data to train its own AI models.
4. Google Analytics
This website may use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, to obtain aggregate usage statistics and improve the user experience.
Google Analytics may use cookies and collect technical information according to its own privacy policies.

- legitimate interest to guarantee security and technical stability;

7. Data sharing and providers
Visualweb Studio SLU does not sell personal data to third parties.
For the technical provision of the service, specialized technology providers acting as processors may be involved, with infrastructure hosted in the European Union:
- a database provider, to store account data and service configuration;
- a transactional email service, for service emails (welcome, email verification, password recovery, alert notifications and monthly summary);
- an infrastructure (hosting) provider, where the backend runs.
On plans that enable BYOK, customer prompts are forwarded on demand to the AI provider whose key is supplied and controlled by the customer; Visualweb Studio SLU does not store that key except with explicit opt-in.
Transactional data (operational logs, agent events via AEP) is stored exclusively in the service database and is not shared with other third parties.

7.bis Transactional emails
Emails sent from mail.squads.digital include DKIM, SPF and DMARC records to guarantee authenticity and reduce spoofing risk. The User may unsubscribe at any time from non-transactional emails (monthly summary, alert notifications) using the unsubscribe link included in each email. Strictly transactional emails (email confirmation, password recovery, payment failures) are sent regardless of subscription status, as they are considered necessary for the provision of the service.
8. User rights
The User may exercise their rights of:
- access;
- rectification;
- erasure;
- objection;
- restriction;
- portability;
by submitting a request to legal@squads.digital.
9. Security
Visualweb Studio SLU adopts reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss or alteration.
10. Changes to this policy
Visualweb Studio SLU may update this Privacy Policy when necessary.
